How Outsourcing Works

Initial Meeting:

Establish a preliminary understanding of client needs, expectations, and goals

Requirement Analysis:

Gather comprehensive information, identify key issues, and create the right requirement of talents

Contract Signing:

Mutual agreement to the outlined terms and conditions. There is no need for upfront payment. The payment is due only on the first payroll date

Candidate Recruitment by Pacmann:

Pacmann will conduct tests and interviews to identify the best talent among its current students and alumni who match the client requirements

Final Interview by User:

Clients will do a final interview to decide whether the talent meets their requirements or not

Talent starts working for User:

The Outsourced team members are employed by Valiance but work full time directly under your supervision, adhering to your processes and policies.

Talent evaluation:

We will conduct monthly performance reviews during the probation period with both the candidates and the client to identify any areas for improvement.

Keep or Replace:

The client can choose to keep or replace the candidate after the probationary period ends.
